SHIPPING

TOZZIBOLOGNA orders will be delivered by DHL in Italy and also for destination outside Italy. Shipping are done from Monday to Friday, excluding national holidays. TOZZIBOLOGNA reserves the right to use other delivery methods and to communicate potential delays in dispatch on the website or directly to the customer.

Delivery costs and times depend on Country of destination (outside Europe). In case of export and customs, timings may be subject to change. Our Customer Care monitors shipments and helps in solving potential custom problems.

The goods will be delivered as soon as we receive the payment ( for bank transfer it might take a couple of days)

** The export of goods in Russia is carried out in accordance with the unified list of the commodities that are prohibited or restricted for imports into the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU). Due to this law, only companies can buy from our e-commerce site. If private customer will make an order, we must delete the order and refund the total amount.

* Shipping cost for Extra UE countries, EXCLUDES customs duties and import charges, which will be charged by the customer. DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid).

 

TAXES

For shipments in Italy and the European Union, taxes are included in the prices displayed on the website. For shipments outside the European Union additional costs may be charged for customs duty and local taxes, which are for the user's account. Any additional costs may be requested to the end consumer at the time of delivery of the goods by the courier.

RETURN POLICY

If for any reason Clients are not satisfied with an order, the item(s) can be returned for Size/Color Exchange, store credit or refund, within 14 days of the order’s delivery date.

After on-line request, customers will receive an authorization from TOZZIBOLOGNA about their return. 

If we take care about the delivery, the shipping costs for the return will be deducted from the final refund:

ITALY / SAN MARINO / VATICANO

  • Return delivery: 15 €

EUROPEAN UNION

  • Return delivery: 25 €

USA - UK - CANADA

  • Return delivery: 35 € (~40$USD)

REST OF THE WORLD

  • Return delivery: 40 € (~45$USD)

Please be aware that international customs duties and sales taxes are not refunded for shipments outside the European Community (if custom will apply these costs, we will deduct from the final refund)

Customers can ask  to TOZZIBOLOGNA to take care about the shipment or can use their carrier of choice that can give us a ‘Certificate of Postage’ and tracking number as, until the parcel reaches us, it’s your responsibility. Return expenses and any other eventual import duties shall be borne by the customer.


Items must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way, and must not show any signs of use. Soles of footwear must be in perfect condition and must not be marked in any way.
Items must be returned with all original tags, packaging and other accessories (dustbags, hangers, garment covers etc.) received with the order.
Shoes and other accessories must be returned with their original boxes, which must not be damaged and/or altered or used as the external parcel for the shipment. Once the item(s) has been received, we will process a refund and customers will receive a confirmation.

TOZZIBOLOGNA.COM reserves the right to refuse returns that are unauthorized and/or not sent in accordance with the Return Policy detailed on the website. In the case of unauthorized or non-standard returns, the merchandise will be returned to the shipping address specified in the original order.

The items can be returned with COMPLETE REFUND (the shipment for collects the goods will be deduct from the total). Also EXCHANGE items or STORE CREDIT are allowed.

All refunds will be issued in the same currency as the original purchase. Any differences in the amount refunded are due to currency exchange rate and will not be reimbursed.

TOZZIBOLOGNA will not refund the delivery cost.

Refunds will be processed as soon as returned items have been checked and accepted byTOZZIBOLOGNA team.

The Security Tag must still be intact and attached to returned items.
In the case of defective or incorrect merchandise, Clients must follow the instructions above. TOZZIBOLOGNA.COM reserves the right to request photographic support regarding defective or incorrect merchandise before authorizing a return for full reimbursement of shipping and import fees.

Refunds will be processed as soon as returned items have been checked and accepted by TOZZIBOLOGNA.COM.
For orders paid by Credit Card, the refunded amount will be available to Clients in roughly 10/12 days and within their next billing statement. Processing time may vary depending on the Credit Card Company.
Orders paid by PayPal, Credit Card or by Bank Wire Transfer will be refunded to the original account.

 

INFORMATION REGARDING THE ONLINE DISPUTE RESOLUTION

The European Commission provides a platform for the out-of-court resolution of disputes (ODR platform), which can be viewed under http://ec.europa.eu/odr.

We are not willing to enter into dispute resolution proceedings before the consumer arbitration board.
