The last edition of the Milano Fashion Week 2020 has just ended and it gave us a clear picture of all the style trends for the winter season 2020.

The Fashion Week 2020 presented a rich programme of fashion shows and openings but also exclusive parties and cultural events.

Chloe and our buying team were there for you. We are now ready to sum up what we will be wearing in the next season direct from the runways.

See below our report of the fashion shows we attended and a sneak peak of the FW20 trends interpreted by some of the top brands in occasion of the Milano Fashion Week.

N°21, from feminine haute couture dresses to military cargo pants. Jackets, trenches and blouses are all characterized from elegant dropped-shoulder silhouettes that you will pair with almost everything.

Alberta Ferretti with her check prints and sophisticated colours. The new designer’s attitude loves playing with ‘see-through’ effects, oversized volumes and bright colours.

Vivetta keeps things simple for fall and presents hyper-feminine details with floaty materials like crêpe de chine and silk organza.

Sportmax brings to the stage structured cuttings and three-dimensional shapes. Voluminous shoulders, detachable collars, leather inserts, capes and sumptuous coats.

Philosophy di Lorenzo Serafini shows crafted pieces characterized by dip-dye effects, liberty prints, silky fringes and very personal and singular details. The aesthetic was distinctly glam 70’, the platform sandals and the model’s disco waves gave us a confirm.

MSGM - The designer Massimo Giorgetti seems to leave for a while his playful attitude to show us his dark side thanks to the cooperation with the horror filmmaker Dario Argento. The collection is characterized by Dario Argento most famous film’s prints, pleats and ruches embellishing evening dresses, an acid array of colours, pop fringes on tweed dresses and 40’s silhouettes.

Marco de Vincenzo presented in his show inflated shapes with a cartoonish effect, oversized sweaters, giant accessories like vintage flower-shaped brooches. The balloon shape is very present in his creations but we find also slim midi pencil skirts paired with slim lurex turtlenecks and transparent shirts in pastel colors.
